net-vpn/networkmanager-l2tp is de-facto unmaintained. There are open bugs and pull requests for ages.

Have emailed. I'm CCing Alexey, the maintainer.

Hey, 

I believe this is probably more suited for QA, but there's nothing "too bad" happening here. We can process stale PRs and drop the package to maintainer-needed, so in future the proxy-maint project will see any contributions done in our Github platform. 

Alexxy please let us know if you still use and wish to maintain this package.
