Description Sotir Danailov 2023-01-06 11:08:28 UTC
I attempted to upload a build log file as an attachment which returned an "Internal Server Error". I will attach screenshots. Writing the log as a comment, doesn't cause an issue.

Reproducible: Always

It's a confusing error, but this happens when your browser lacks permission to access the build log. Please verify that is not the case for you.

For the record, that's the first thing in the message on top of attachment box. Perhaps we need to put it in huge font for people to actually start reading it.

Yeah sorry my bad. The error really is confusing since it says "internal *server* error". How should it come to mind it's from my client?

You should ask Mozilla why they didn't solve that error in NN years.

We should probably amend the 500 error template on bugs.gentoo.org given this is the #1 cause of them.
