Good day!

Propose to set `REQUIRED_USE` in `app-text/tessdata_best`. IMHO it's required to have at least one installed language dataset.

We can use `app-dicts/myspell-en` (https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/tree/app-dicts/myspell-en/myspell-en-20230101.ebuild#n20) and `app-dicts/myspell-de` (https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/tree/app-dicts/myspell-de/myspell-de-2017.01.12-r1.ebuild#n30) as a reference.
