Played^HTested (^^) for a while tonigh, works flawlessy on my system (2005.0 profile, obviously multilib).
It's an old game which a few person still cares about, but anyway... it's currently masked for security issues (bug #44351) which anyway should be fixed by a new patch which is *not* in portage.

I'm attaching a couple of patches for the ebuilds, one for -bonuspacks, which moves to use -* instead of -arch for individual arches (as it's a binary package) and mark it x86 ~amd64 (it was already stable before); the other one is for unreal-tournament itself (adds the dependency on app-emulation/emul-* for amd64).
