rsync1.uk.gentoo.org has moved from 195.149.39.120 to 62.197.40.130. Please change ACLs and DNS accordingly, ta.

Tim,

Thanks for the update. I've updated the ACL and DNS. Give it about an hour from the timestamp of this bug to update on the ACL, and DNS shouldn't be too far behind. Thanks for the continued help!

This also needs fixed as we're still getting traffic here to the old IP#.

Apologies for missing that IP change. I have updated it in DNS, it should be propagating as we speak.
