Please, add 'selinux' use flag to install sec-policy/selinux-evolution package automatical with global 'selinux' use flag activated.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
sec-policy/selinux-evolution package must be installed manually

Expected Results:  
sec-policy/selinux-evolution must be installed automatically with global 'selinux' use flag
