Further update of index.xml

Relies on bug 88427 being applied.
Not sure on how to solve that conflict.

This update to handbook/index.xml corrects an error in the patch above - which
hasn't been applied in CVS. (And *now* the general x86 handbook is done - I'll
start looking at 2005.0).
