Description Alexey Maximov 2005-04-10 21:31:15 UTC
Steps:

Try close all instances of Firefox BEFORE check!

Try open new Firefox window and open 2-3 tabs with loaded URLS.
Next, open NEW one Firefox window. Try go to Menu -> File -> Quit.
Nothing happened with current window, but in OTHER window with tabs we will get messgagebox with "do you want to close all tabs?"

so, that isn't correct way.
Why? b/c I want to close MY Window of firefox, not ALL Firefox windows!!! And if I havent confirmation dialog about closing my tabs, it may close and destroy ALL my running Firefox windows. thats bad!

Stale bug, reopen if this is still an issue with up-to-date versions.
Comment 2 Alexey Maximov 2005-12-22 21:21:15 UTC
bug still is present, reopening...
Comment 3 Jakub Moc (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-12-23 02:28:02 UTC
OK, is this issue present in -bin as well? If so, then it's not Gentoo specific and as such should be reported upstream.

I am closing invalid, if you want more assistance test with 1.5-r9 in tree with a clean profile.IF that does not resolve your problem then open a new bug against 1.5 please do not reopen this bug again.
