Issue: app-emulation/xen-tools-4.16.3_pre1-r1 adds debug flags (-g/-ggdb) on its own.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: ci)

NOTE:
while I know that at the end, the binaries are stripped, debug flags slow down the build process and take more disk/ram.
