Issue: app-editors/emacs-28.2-r2 fails tests (DASH-SYSTEM).
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: dash_tinderbox)

NOTE:
(DASH-SYSTEM) in the summary means that the bug was found on a machine that runs /bin/sh as dash but this bug MAY or MAY NOT BE related to dash.

We should just skip this test as it needs the network (tries to do a DNS query).

I cannot reproduce this, neither with bash nor with dash.
