Hi!

Please find attached cvsclogd-0.6.0.ebuild.

cvsclogd is a script which automates the process of creating and updating ChangeLog files based on CVS commit comments. The script runs as a daemon that watches for commits on your project files and updates the ChangeLog accordingly. If there is no ChangeLog file, a CVS add command is issued. The project files to be watched can be optionally added in a configuration file.

This new version works with the cvs recursive behaviour.

I suggest dev-util/cvsclogd.

the attached file is the /etc/init.d script needed by the ebuild.

I'm going to take a stance against this one, since this functionality is already available with the cvs2cl package, and your package appears to be stagnant since last year.

If there is more demand for it, please reopen this bug.
