media-video/motion-3.1.19 fails because one of it's dependencies, virtual/glibc, is an invalid package.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge motion
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Calculating dependencies \
emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy "virtual/glibc".

Killing due to age, and the fact it doesn't directly dep on said virtual.
