No version of this package is stable, not blocking Python 3.11.

I'm a bit confused by this report, but this package only lacks 3.11 because dev-python/pyopengl also lacks it.

Thank you Andreas and James for the clarifications. For reference, I was following a similar behavior I got compared to #853277 the last time I upgraded Python.
