You appear to be using a wildly out of date tarball. I don't think we actively maintain stage4s right now.
the release date was 11/2022 this was the idea via the internet fix It a brand new install from arm64gentoo repo if you can point users to a stable arm64Gentoo starge4 release this would be helpful running as chroot on Debian bullseye on a Lenevo Chromebook
I don't know what the "arm64gentoo" repo is but you should use a normal stage3 as linked on gentoo.org.
okay 2019 experimental image 2014 .bz file now have stage3 iso this can be closed
the 2019 stage is not fixed that is for sure
