New stable version of Gwenview is out, see http://gwenview.sourceforge.net/node/view/119

Ebuild for 1.2.0_pre4 can be just renamed, no other change is needed.

From the Gwenview site: "Compared to the latest pre-release (1.2.0pre4), this version fixes a crash which could occur when you press the 'back' button. " That bug bugs at least me constantly.

I just did the

cd /usr/portage/media-gfx/gwenview/
sudo cp gwenview-1.2.0_pre4.ebuild gwenview-1.2.0.ebuild
sudo ebuild gwenview-1.2.0.ebuild digest
sudo emerge =gwenview-1.2.0

and it worked beautifully. Seems like the 1.2.0 final version fixes the application crashing bugs and testing it for a while didn't reveal any problems at least to me. It's seems also better than the version in stable.

lanius is maintainer of gwenview, maybe it's better assigning him the bug so he'll see it :)
