This is a fun one. Upstream is one of those vanishingly disappearing people that think they are clever for having a build system called ./Build.sh which both configures and compiles without any way to separate the two (and then echoes out the commands you can copy/paste to install the software!). And the configuration stage long everything that autoconf would send to config.log, directly to the console. There's nothing to do here I guess, because this is all FP but it's not obvious how to mark it as such lol.
