i have found the problem: "-Wl,--as-needed" using this in the LDFLAGS generate the apache error. recompiling Apache2 without "-Wl,--as-needed" LDFLAGS resolf the problem. i think will be usefull to correct the Apache2 ebuild to strip this type of LDFLAGS.
This is not a supported setting. Do not set this globally. Only do it for packages that have a --enable-as-needed type configure flag. On advice from #gentoo-dev on IRC, marking this as Invalid.
