Justification? (fills a dep for FOO, provides executable BAR, etc.). See gentoo policy, in particular the section on perl modules. Thanks,

I think that you speak about g-cpan.pl.
It's a great tool.
I was just posting theses perl module ebuilds while making portknock one ;)

But it can be "fix" for "want" and so I could just use g-cpan.pl in the ebuild, not proper for me

If you are submitting an ebuild for portknock that depends on these, mark this bug (and any others you might have open) as a dependancy for it. Otherwise I'm going to have to defer you to g-cpan (which is commandline, not available from within an actual ebuild).
