This is simply an update to netpbm-10.20. .27 offers a few new tools and more features for old ones--Like a -dpi switch for pstopnm! Yay! This ebuild is the same as 10.20, I just changed the numbers. According to the README, the USE flags don't change. I had to create a diff file. The make attempts to create a symlink to a file that already exists. This occurs during the ebuild or using the developer's "make; make install" scripts. The diff simply comments out the symlink creation. This should go in media-libs/netpbm. Let me know if you need any further information.

>This is simply an update to netpbm-10.20. Then don't write "new package", please. This sonds like it wouldn't be in portage at all. The ebuild header is invalid. Please read http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/devrel/handbook/handbook.xml?part=2&chap=3

Mass reassign, seems apparently unmaintained now.
