app-editors/xxe ebuild is at version 2.9. As of April 4, the binary for this version has been removed from xmlminds.com and upgraded to 2.9p1.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. ACCEPT_KEYWORDS=~x86 emerge app-editors/xxe

Actual Results:  
emerge could not download the xxe distribution to install.
