Bug 8800 – new ebuild - sweep 0.5.6 sound editor

sweep is a nice sound editor with many features, including ladspa support.
Ive had ebuilds for it since 0.5.0, and no troubles yet. It seems to be in active
developement with the help of Pixar Animation Studios and CSIRO Australia,
who use it in house. I have no affiliation with them or the developers.

Was holding it back because libsndfile-1 wasnt in yet. Now it can go straight to
the purgatory of 'LATER'! ;)

All these submissions are antiques now. If anyone
actually is interested in commiting something,
ask and Ill see whats in my local portage...
Ive long given up on trying to submit anything.
