I'm running amd64 box with kde 3.4 from split ebuilds (not much installed), when I try to emerge knetmonapplet-0.9 it fails on configure becouse it does not find mcopidl installed (can't find kde split ebuild with this component).
I've deleted this check from configure (and also artsc check) and after that I manage to build it and it run's without problems.
I've attached patch that disables those chceck's.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge minimal kde 3.4 instalation from split ebuilds
2. emerge knetmonapplet-0.9
3.

Actual Results:  
knetmonapplet fails to build when doing configure stage.

Expected Results:  
It should build.
