After installation of app-admin/sudo, directory /etc/sudoers.d is missing. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install sudo Actual Results: There is no /etc/sudoers.d directory Expected Results: Directory /etc/sudoers.d should exist. The directory was present in earlier installations, and the relevant makefile didn't change in the last versions, so I guess something has changed in Portage's handling of empty directories. Build log contains this: /bin/sh ../../scripts/install-sh -c -d -o 0 -g 0 -m 0750 /var/tmp/portage/app-admin/sudo-1.9.12/image/etc/sudoers.d But the directory doesn't appear in the live filesystem.
