Please, need bump max. version in section LLVM_MAX_SLOT=14 --> LLVM_MAX_SLOT=15
for next package: dev-lang/spidermonkey

Yep, the slot can't be bumped before rust supports it. See 
https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/tree/dev-lang/spidermonkey/spidermonkey-102.3.0.ebuild#n163

While, depending on your use flags, it may work for you - it wouldn't work for everyone.
