please upgrade net-irc/ircservices to latest version 5.0.51

Thats high priority because that original download doesn't keep the full tar.gz of  old versions, only patches. That means we can't even install 5.0.50.

I don't know what to do about it ... either using always the patches to that old installs still work or finding another mirror which keeps all the tar.gz-files of older versions.

just as a FYI:
I copied the 5.0.50 ebuild over to 5.0.51, downloaded, build the digest and it installed without problems. seems to run without problems too.
