Which USE flags do you have for libpsl?
Apologies, sometimes I forget to double-check the ebuild. I have had this version of libpsl installed since 2019 and I see the subslot operator was added in 2021. However, the revision wasn't bumped so portage isn't using it for anyone who had the package installed already. I'll just reinstall.
Sounds like this was fixed a long time ago then? There have been new upstream releases anyway so that forces the update to apply. :)
