The app-admin/ccze project has vanished upstream. Also, this ebuild is using EAPI 6 which has been deprecated. This package is a prime candidate for Last Rites.

After a closer look at https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Treecleaner/Policy, this should be cancelled. Merely vanishing upstream is not sufficient cause for an LR request. My mistake.
