Hi,

I'm a radio amateur and I'm using the software
"tucnak1". It is an amateur radio contest logging
software (I've submitted ebuilds in
http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=87709) which
can make use of additional software like ssbd (this ebuild).

"ssbd" can record your voice and play it in a loop to
your transceiver via your soundcard. This is very useful
when you have to repeat your calls very often in a contest.

It depends on libsndfile, deps included in ebuild :-)
