I've noticed that using gnome 2.10 many icon in gnome panel doesn't appear (gnome-bluetooth, porthole and other) this problem can be solved using an absolute path istead of a relive one for Icon= attribute in a .desktop file

For example in /usr/share/applications/gbonobo-browser.desktop I must use 
Icon=/usr/share/gnome-bluetooth/pixmaps/blueradio-48.png
instead of original
Icon=../gnome-bluetooth/pixmaps/blueradio-48.png
to view icon in gnome-panel
