Description James Rowe 2005-04-01 19:58:26 UTC
Install the docs into /usr/share/doc/${PF}, not /usr/doc/${PN} as per the
policy in as much as dodoc works that way ;)

In all honestly it is because I personally don't have a /usr/doc symlink,
because I find it ugly and I'm obviously affected by sitecopy installing in to
/usr/doc.

Note: Whilst looking in to this it occurs to me that the examplerc file
should really be in docdir too, I haven't changed it but perhaps it deserves
some thought too? In which case adding something like

  sed -i 's,doc/examplerc,,;s,^DOCS = ,&doc/examplerc ,' Makefile.in

to src_unpack() should do the trick.

Bah, they should be compressed too!

Changes will take place in bug 89300. The issue has been fixed, the package just needs to be checked with the other arches as it contains a bit of depend/codebase changes.
