Description Hal Engel 2005-04-01 15:13:29 UTC
I need to run a package that is only available as a 32 bit binary. This package (PTStitcher) requires a number of graphics libraries. Some of these are in emul-linux-x86-baselibs. For example libjpeg.so.62 is there. But it does not contain any version of libtiff and it only has libpng-3 and anyone that wants to run PTStitcher will need libpng-2. Would it be possible to add these to the package?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run PTStitcher
/usr/local/bin/PTStitcher: error while loading shared libraries: libtiff.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
2.
3.

Expected Results:
With the right libraries PTStitcher should run wthout errors.

i'd say compile them yourself rather than bloat more emul packages

This is what i say, too. WONTFIX
