Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
# emerge --sync
Actual Results:  
Connection refused.  Whenever it happens, it works on the first retry.

Expected Results:  
Rsync with 206.167.194.132 succeeds.

Do you know what rotation that mirror is it? I dont see it in any of my ACL's.

It might have been dropped already.  I use rsync.namerica.gentoo.org.

I have noticed several servers giving this error lately.

Could it be because I'm using the ~x86 rsync?

No, ~x86 rsync wouldnt make a difference. I've since ripped that mirror out of rotation. Thanks for the alert.
