Znuny is a free and actively developed OTRS-fork. Existing OTRS ((free))-installations can be very easily migrated. LTS und upgrade-versions. Good documentation and helpful community; paid support available.
I have migrated two old www-apps/otrs (6) installs which run very well.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download source
2. follow instructions
3. install to replace OTRS
4. run
Actual Results:  
replace/upgrade exisiting OTRS ((free)) installations.


This is an ebuild-request (i hope this is the right place). OTRS from OTRS.com (www-apps/otrs) has left portage a very long time ago and their release-model ist not (really) Free anymore.
I have not created an ebuild but installed it from source.
