New version available for app-i18n/ibus-libpinyin-1.14.91
Should be able to mark 1.13 stable at 1.13.1 (1.13.0 no issues reported, and I've been using it for some time, the .1 add a single, simple, but important bug fix so low risk)

makes more sense to add latest as 9999 latest (not stable)

Ok, so my intention was to add a ~ version with the latest (9999) so that bleeding edge was available. But it turns out this is a bad idea. 

I expected the 'latest' main branch to potentially have build and/or runtime issues, but I wasn't expecting it to be in a fundamentally broken state (or if it was, that would be corrected quickly). It looks like the 'main' branch is treated more like a backup of the developers working copy. 

Anyway I think 9999 version (or 1.14.91 for that matter) should not be added for this project.
