I've noticed that the HTTPS connections to qa-reports.g.o have been hanging pretty often lately.  This is especially noticeable when trying to fetch rdeps since often at least one of the 5 requests hangs but I've even seen it hang while trying to fetch the full rdeps.tar.xz.

If I read fastly correctly, we seem to have very low hit rate on that host, and latency is sometimes jumping to 15 secs.

We've bumped apache on the qa-reports box (motmot) and this seems to have helped a bit, so I'm cautiously optimistic that this is fixed.
