The install documentation says: "xfs-sources: A snapshot of the SGI XFS CVS
Linux source tree; this is the kernel to run if you want bleeding edge(cvs) xfs
support, (currently the XFS build in gentoo-sources is the recommended release
version)"

Yet I can't seem to find the XFS support anywhere in the gentoo-sources (make
menuconfig -> File systems).

It is not, and I updated the install guide to show this change.
