Definitively not (directly) a mutt-ng ebuild bug.

Mutt-ng ebuild can `workaround` the problem patching/modifying the Makefile and not generate html from sgml doc although app-text/sgmltools-lite are installed. (A doc USE flag?)

But at last, mutt-ng with +doc will terminate with this problem. Bug #87509 should be fixed before.

right now I've disabled doc building in muttng completely because I haven't
gotten it to work.  So resolving this LATER for when it works again.
