The IPC:Signal perl module is not present in portage, an ebuild for it would be great!

And it would be used for...? Please read the Gentoo Policy guide, especially the part where we nicely point out that we don't intend to replicate cpan, and that any module added needs to meet some criteria first...

I wanted to use it for AMP (Asterisk Management Portal) but g-cpan will do the job quite well. Sorry for the trouble
