When emerging gcc-config-r2 I got the following message:
"QA Notice: ECLASS 'multilib' inherited illegally in sys-devel/gcc-config-1.3.10-r1
"
During the unmerge portion

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge sync
2.emerge gcc-config
3.

Actual Results:  
Recieved the QA notice

Expected Results:  
Uninstalled without buggig me about Quality!

your cache is out of date so just ignore it ... it'll fix itself
