if you have qmail with USE=ssl, and configure your SSL certs, you already get POP3-TLS support (argubly more useful than POP3S). If you still want to pursue regular SSL however, attach a single patch that adds all of the required files, but using tcpserver's SSL support instead of stunnel, as reduces the set of dependancies.
