I can't compile mod_php4 because there is an error in php-config.h (php-
config.h.in)
In line 2077 is an " missing. After adding this to the php-config.h it can be 
compiled using make.

It's working now.
The prob was:

The /etc/hostname contained some incorrect data. I'm not sure if net-config
produced it ....
