I can contribute ebuilds. I have maintained hundreds of ebuilds on my amano-kenji overlay.
Sure. Please provide the data requested on the wiki page.
After reading https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Infrastructure/Generating_GLEP_63_based_OpenPGP_keys and https://www.gentoo.org/glep/glep-0063.html, I realized that I don't want to update a GPG key once every while. Thus, I will just let people use my overlay.
My poor english. "once every while." -> "Every once in a while"

This is not strictly required for contributing to ::guru. We just need a ssh key, your real name, and a statement from you that you have read and agree to the rules.
This is my ssh public key. ssh-ed25519 AAAAC3NzaC1lZDI1NTE5AAAAIHymELwM1y4F/dKkhobkx35SaehlTms2hzx8SG3KP/m4 My name is amano kenji. I agree to the rules of ::guru overlay. Can I be added now?
Added.
