Patch for freetds version 0.63

Although renaming the original ebuild worked, I think this patch will simplify
and improve the ebuild slightly. I added the odbc to DEPEND, use -odbc and
-mssql now explicitly disable those options, and the Makefile for freetds now
appears to use DESTDIR, so there's no need for the mv and sed lines in
src_install.

FreeTDS was revbumped to 0.63 in the overlay
(http://svn.gnqs.org/projects/gentoo-php-overlay/). Closing.
