Caught this in a regression build of packages (revdep-rebuild complains)
  broken /usr/kde/3.3/lib/kde3/libksvgrendererlibart.so (requires liblcms.so.1 liblcms.so.1)
  broken /usr/kde/3.3/lib/kde3/libksvgplugin.so (requires liblcms.so.1 liblcms.so.1)
  broken /usr/kde/3.3/lib/kde3/svgthumbnail.so (requires liblcms.so.1 liblcms.so.1)
  broken /usr/kde/3.3/lib/libksvg.so.0.0.1 (requires liblcms.so.1)

nothing in the USE flags or DEPEND statements of kdegraphics that points to it.


Checked with a reference system, and it appears to be a DEPEND missing on :
media-libs/lcms

It's fixed now.

A related issue is that libmng has lcms in DEPEND, but fails to properly detect lcms.h and does not link to it. I fixed that problem, too.
