Description Garrett Cooper 2005-03-29 07:24:27 UTC
When I try and execute realplayer the program segfaults with the following output:

bash-2.05b$ realplay
/usr/bin/realplay: line 75: 7489 Segmentation fault $REALPLAYBIN "$@"

(which is actually the end of the script).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run realplay.
Actual Results:
Segfaulted

Expected Results:
Execute properly.

bash-2.05b$ emerge --info

Comment 3 Garrett Cooper 2005-04-18 10:33:04 UTC
I did list the version info though; it's down at the bottom of my comment.
Comment 4 Alastair Tse (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-04-20 01:49:58 UTC
you don't have any backtraces or anything useful that we can use. that is why i need more info.
Comment 5 Garrett Cooper 2005-04-20 02:03:24 UTC
How can I do that though? Isn't the entire package binary =\?
Comment 6 Garrett Cooper 2005-04-22 11:11:25 UTC
Nevermind. Apparently the issue I had was fixed in 10.4.

Maybe the issue stemmed from me using scim as well. Apparently a lot of gtk apps hate SCIM with a passion and I started using straight UIM.
Comment 7 Garrett Cooper 2005-04-22 11:12:21 UTC
Forgot to change the status. Btw, the version in question was 10.3-r3 I think...
