This is a request to modify the shellcheck-bin ebuild to add shellcheck-symlink USE that behaves like the one in app-text/pandoc-bin and dev-dotnet/dotnet-sdk-bin.
It would just be "symlink".

The reason busybox has make-symlinks IIRC is to discourage people from using it.
