Here is a new version of fmtools 1.0

Makes fmscan threshold configurable from command line. Uses videodev.h header detached from kernel to avoid including kernel headers. First release by Ben Pfaff. Released 3 Sept 2004.  This tool has a new support person and web site you can download it at : http://www.stanford.edu/~blp/fmtools/ .  This seems to work better then the 0.99.1 version that sometimes did not set the FM tuner right.
