Mutter 42.4 compiled with screencast support

Gstreamer 1.20.3 with installed good and vpx plugins

Bug summary
Screencasts not working. After reboot or exiting from sleep, screencast starts for smh like 30 seconds and suddenly stops with error "("gnome-shell[2105]: Error starting screencast: Timeout was reached". In Videos appeares zero-byte file. After that, screencasts don't start anymore with error "gnome-shell[2105]: Error starting screencast"
