Steps to Reproduce:
FEATURES=multilib-strict emerge libxml2
Actual Results:  
It's putting 64-bit shared objects in /usr/lib, causing a multilib-strict 
error. 

Expected Results:  
Honored libdir and put 64-bit libs in /usr/lib64. 

emerge info to be attached.

FIXED in CVS as of 2.6.18.
