Bug 86695 – pam ebuilds use perl instead of sed

All of the pam-0.77{,-r?} ebuilds contain

perl -pi -e 's/#define HAVE_O_DIRECT 1/#undef HAVE_O_DIRECT/' \
   db_config.h

Any reason why this can't be done with sed -i -e?

I'm guessing that the dep on perl can be dropped from the ebuilds if this can be replaced

pam-0.78 is already fixed, better avoid changing stable ebuilds.
